Day 1: Awakening of the Senses & Grounding Circle
Arrival and Opening of the Circle of Guardians
Welcome by the water’s edge, where the sky embraces the lake. The afternoon is an immersion into Italian sweetness: a contemplative walk to harmonize your energies with the spirit of the land. In the evening, we form our first Sisterhood Circle to set the intentions for this journey and weave the invisible bond that will unite us.
Practices: Smoke cleansing ritual with local herbs, Mother Earth grounding meditation, opening of the sacred space.

Day 2: Inner Alchemy & Clarity of Vision
The Path of Intuition
The day begins with breathwork facing the lake, a dialogue with the element of Water. A shamanic workshop invites you to explore your inner landscape: What dreams are asking to bloom? How can I embody my feminine power with grace and authenticity? The afternoon is a silent Vision Walk in the wild nature, a quest for messages whispered by the mountains. In the evening, a dinner featuring the flavors of the earth fosters soul-to-soul sharing.

Day 3: FULL MOON – The Night of the Rose and the Star
Celebration of Beauty & Radiance
This day is an ode to creation. We visit a historic villa and its hanging gardens, places where art and nature unite to nourish the imagination. We explore Beauty as a healing force.

The afternoon is free to integrate the previous night’s energies by the lake. In the evening, a Feast of the Goddesses celebrates joy, sensuality, and the power of carrying one’s own light.

Day 5: Integration & Flight
Embodying Your New Light
The morning is dedicated to grounding the visions received. In the closing circle, we define how to bring this magic back into our daily lives. Each participant departs with a personal ritual to nourish her sovereignty upon her return. Departure in the late morning, with a vibrant heart.
