Guided by the northern lights, you glide across pristine snow under a sky ablaze with green and golden hues, as if ancient spirits accompany each of your steps. In the sacred stillness of the mountains, the encounter with Sámi culture becomes a true initiation: reindeer, songs, rituals, and nature itself form a forgotten language—one of a deep unity between humans and the Earth.
Each stop is an invitation to listen to nature, to feel the subtle energy flowing between trees, animals, and stars. The celebration of the Sámi National Day in Harstad crowns this journey, as a vibrant tribute to a millennia-old wisdom and to a people who still live in harmony with the forces of the North.

At this time of year, the northern regions become silent guardians of solar energies. The Sun, though invisible during the polar night, leaves its hidden light within the frozen atmosphere. And when these forces meet, they awaken, dancing across the sky and giving birth to the Northern Lights—messengers of fire and light. These celestial energies, of unmatched power, envelop the Earth and all living beings in their subtle vibration.
They carry a frequency of transformation, a call to awakening and to reconnect with what is most vast and most alive within us. Beneath these luminous veils, time stands still, and one can feel the presence of the inner Sun—the one that shines beyond the night and guides souls toward their own clarity.
This journey is open to everyone, from seasoned practitioners to curious beginners who wish to deepen their understanding of energy and shamanism.

February 6, 2027 – The Journey to the North Begins
Your great journey to the North begins as you arrive in Tromsø, the vibrant gateway to the Arctic, where the magic of the Northern Lights already seems to dance in the icy air. We will meet at 2:00 PM at the airport, in this city that blends Scandinavian modernity with polar traditions. From the moment you land, the unique atmosphere of the Far North surrounds you: pure air, light, and the promise of something extraordinary.
After a three-hour transfer through snowy landscapes, Fjellkysten appears, nestled in the Lavangen fjord. This hotel, inspired by Sámi and Viking architecture, combines warmth, comfort, and deep respect for nature. From the rooms, the view over the fjord invites silence and contemplation. On clear nights, the Northern Lights offer their private spectacle, like a blessing from the sky.
The atmosphere is both gentle and vibrant: wildlife safaris, snowshoe walks, and visits to the Polar Park shape the days, while the sauna and outdoor bath become soothing refuges facing the white mountains.
February 7, 2027 – Arctic Immersion
After breakfast, you set off to explore Arctic landscapes: sparkling roads, snow-covered forests, and winter light. In the morning, you visit a small local museum dedicated to fishermen’s life, guided by a local guide deeply connected to his region. Through stories and artifacts, you discover how people have lived in harmony with nature.
In the afternoon, a lavvu (traditional Sámi tent) welcomes you for a warm meal around the fire. There, a Sámi shaman shares ancient myths and the magic of the Northern Lights. In the evening, a spiritual ceremony unfolds under the dancing auroras, with joik chants, drumming, and ancestral rituals.
February 8, 2027 – Sámi Culture and Dog Sledding
Morning at the Várdobáiki Sámi Center, a place of memory and transmission. Then at Husky Isogaisa, you experience dog sledding: taking control of your own husky team across the snowy wilderness.
In the evening, you are welcomed at Minde Farm, where Gunn Tove Minde hosts you warmly. Around a traditional meal (bidos), stories, joik chants, and drum rhythms create a powerful connection between people and nature.
February 9, 2027 – Nature Connection
Morning hike, offering ceremony to nature, and a lunch by the fire outdoors.
February 10, 2027 – From Fjords to Sortland
Departure to Sortland, known as the “Blue City.” Installation at Scandic Sortland. Free afternoon and a refined dinner overlooking Arctic light.
February 11, 2027 – Deep Sharing and Rituals
A meaningful day in the lavvu, filled with stories, fire, joik, and shared emotions. Ceremony by the sea, followed by an outdoor lunch. Group workshop with Séverine, then a joyful dinner under the Northern lights.
February 12, 2027 – Harstad
Travel to Harstad. Free afternoon and a festive dinner at the hotel.
February 13, 2027 – Return
Transfer back to Tromsø and return flight. A journey ends, but something remains: the memory of joik chants, the Northern Lights, and the deep connection to the Arctic soul.
