In the heart of the wild nature of Northern Norway, amidst fjords, mountains, and the glow of the Midnight Sun, this retreat invites you to experience a deep immersion between Heaven and Earth. Guided by Dominique and Laurent, shamans rooted in European and Mongolian traditions, you will discover ancestral shamanic practices inspired by Mongolian and South American traditions. Through rituals, drum journeys, meditations, and contemplative walks in the Arctic wilderness, you will learn to open your perception and engage in dialogue with both the visible and invisible worlds.

The Sami festival Riddu Riđđu takes place in Manndalen, a short drive from our base, and falls within the July retreat. Attending is optional: any participant wishing to take part must purchase their own festival entry ticket.
This week offers a space to slow down, reconnect with the wisdom of the living world, and rediscover a profound relationship with the elements, the spirits of nature, and your own guides. Within the power of the Arctic landscapes, each participant is invited to explore their spiritual path, strengthen their inner confidence, and reclaim their place in the great balance of life.
It is a rare experience of transformation and reconnection, carried by the raw force of nature and the timeless wisdom of shamanic traditions.
A Transformative Experience in the Heart of Arctic Nature
This retreat is a time for transmission and transformation, inviting you to develop spiritual awareness in every gesture of life, in creation, and in relationship with all living beings. Within the power and silence of the Arctic wilderness, everyone is invited to slow down, listen, and deeply connect with the wisdom of the living world.
Each day begins with bodywork practices inspired by Qi Gong and Yoga, combining conscious breathing, physical awakening, and meditation. These moments of grounding open the senses and prepare the mind for a day of inner and spiritual exploration.
Silent contemplative walks, inspired by the Zen tradition, foster a profound bond between human beings and nature. By quieting the mind and cultivating presence, a subtle resonance is established with plants, animals, and the elements. In this sensitive listening, nature becomes a space for dialogue and wisdom.
Through practices and rituals, participants learn to perceive and interact with the various dimensions of their being—spiritual, mental, energetic, emotional, and physical. This holistic approach paves the way for inner transformation and a more conscious, reciprocal relationship with healing nature.
