The Threshold – The Call of the Sacred Fire

Day 08
The Flight Home
Final CircleA convivial breakfast and sharing group to prepare for the return.

- Loreia’s Spiritual Guidance: All shamanic teachings, breathwork workshops, sharing circles, and energy healing sessions (chakra balancing, hot stones).
- Sacred Ceremonies: The creation and guidance of all rituals (Fire, Water, Moon, Ancestors) as well as ritual supplies (communal offerings, smudging herbs).
- Accommodation: 7 nights in total immersion in a traditional Swedish house, in shared rooms to foster a sense of community.
- Full Board: All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (except for the free meal in Gothenburg), including traditional Swedish dishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Nature Activities: Guided hikes, wildlife observation outings, and forest meditation sessions.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any experience of shamanism?
No. This retreat is open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Every ceremony and practice is explained beforehand, and you are always free to simply observe.
How do I get to the retreat?
Fly to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT). Flights are not included, but the transfers between the airport and the retreat house are, on arrival and on departure.
Where do we stay?
For 7 nights you stay in a traditional red wooden Swedish house in the heart of the forest, in shared rooms that foster a sense of community. All meals are included except one free meal during the day in Gothenburg.
Will we see the Northern Lights?
Perhaps. In southern Sweden the Northern Lights appear only on some clear, dark nights during strong solar activity, so they can never be guaranteed. If the sky grants it, we will go out and watch them together.
What is the weather like?
It depends on the season: winter departures are cold, with short days and often frost or snow, while autumn and spring are cool and changeable. Bring warm layers, waterproof walking shoes and a good jacket. A detailed list is given in the Trip Notes.
Who leads the retreat?
The retreat is guided by Loreia, who leads all the shamanic teachings, ceremonies, breathwork workshops, sharing circles and energy healing sessions.

Several departures are offered between December 2026 and March 2028. All dates are listed at the top of this page.
